ManyPhoto is the best photo sharing service for events and parties. Create a room, share the code with your guests, and everyone can upload and download photos instantly. No app installation required - everything works in your browser!

Why not use Google Drive or Dropbox links?

Plans & Pricing

What plans do you offer?

We offer two plans:

Free Plan

  • 1GB storage (~200 HD photos or 13 minutes of HD video)
  • 24 hours access
  • Perfect for small gatherings

Plus Plan

  • 5GB storage (~1,000 HD photos or 1 hour of HD video)
  • 7 days access
  • ¥2,000 (one-time payment)
  • Ideal for medium to large events

Can I upgrade from Free to Plus?

Yes! You can upgrade any active room from the "My Rooms" page. The Plus plan features will apply immediately.

What happens when my room expires?

After expiration, the room becomes read-only for 24 hours, allowing you to download your photos. After that, all photos are permanently deleted from our servers.

Do you offer refunds?

Since room creation is instant and storage is allocated immediately, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you experience technical issues preventing you from using the service, please contact us at hello@manyphoto.com.


Using ManyPhoto

How do I create a room?

  1. Sign in or create an account
  2. Click "Create Room"
  3. Choose a 6-character code (or generate a random one)
  4. Select your plan (Free or Plus)
  5. Share the code with your guests!

Can I have multiple rooms?

  • Free plan: You can only have one active free room at a time
  • Plus plan: No limit - create as many Plus rooms as you need

How do guests join my room?

Simply share your room code with them. They can:

  1. Visit manyphoto.com
  2. Enter the 6-character code
  3. Start uploading photos immediately (no account required!)

What file formats are supported?

We support all major image and video formats:

  • Images: JPG, PNG, HEIC, WebP
  • Videos: MP4, MOV, AVI, and more
  • Maximum file size: 500MB per file

How many files can I upload?

There's no limit on the number of files, only on total storage:

  • Free: 1GB total
  • Plus: 5GB total

Once you reach the storage limit, you won't be able to upload more files until you free up space or upgrade your plan.


Security & Privacy

Is my data secure?

Yes! We use industry-standard security measures:

  • All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Files are stored on Google Cloud Storage with encryption at rest
  • Each room has a private access code
  • Automatic deletion after expiration

Can anyone see my photos?

Only people with your room code can access the photos. Keep your code private and share it only with trusted guests.

What happens to my photos after the room expires?

All photos are automatically deleted from our servers after the expiration period. We do not retain any copies.

Do you use my photos for any purpose?

No. Your photos are only used to provide the photo sharing service. We never use them for advertising, training AI models, or any other purpose.


Technical Questions

Do I need to install an app?

No! ManyPhoto works entirely in your web browser on any device - phone, tablet, or computer.

What browsers are supported?

ManyPhoto works on all modern browsers:

  • Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox (latest 2 versions)
  • Mobile browsers on iOS and Android

Can I use ManyPhoto offline?

You need an internet connection to upload and download photos. However, once downloaded, photos are saved to your device.

Why are my videos compressed?

To save storage and ensure fast loading, we automatically generate optimized versions of videos. You can always download the original high-quality version.

My upload failed. What should I do?

If an upload fails:

  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Ensure the file isn't corrupted
  3. Try uploading again
  4. If the problem persists, contact support

Account & Billing

Do I need an account to view/download photos?

No! Anyone with the room code can view and download photos. However, you need an account to create rooms.

How do I delete my account?

Contact us at hello@manyphoto.com and we'll delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through Stripe:

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay (where available)

Is my payment information secure?

Yes! We use Stripe for payment processing. We never store your credit card information on our servers.


Troubleshooting

I can't find my room

Make sure you're entering the correct 6-character code. Codes are case-sensitive. If you own the room, check "My Rooms" in your account.

Photos aren't loading

Try these steps:

  1. Refresh your browser
  2. Clear your browser cache
  3. Try a different browser
  4. Check your internet connection

I forgot my room code

If you created the room, sign in and check "My Rooms". If someone else created it, contact the room owner.

Can I recover deleted photos?

No. Once a room expires and photos are deleted, they cannot be recovered. Make sure to download all photos before the expiration date!
