1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ManyPhoto ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by PixelX Inc. (ピクセルエックス株式会社), a company registered in Tokyo, Japan ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

ManyPhoto is a photo and video sharing platform designed for events and parties. The Service allows users to:

  • Create temporary photo sharing rooms
  • Upload and share photos and videos
  • Access shared content through room codes
  • Download shared media

Service Plans

Free Plan

  • 1GB storage capacity
  • 24-hour room duration
  • Automatic deletion after expiration
  • One active free room per user

Plus Plan

  • 5GB storage capacity
  • 7-day room duration
  • ¥2,000 (one-time payment)
  • Unlimited Plus rooms per user

3. User Accounts

Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
  • One account per person

Account Security

  • Keep your password confidential
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. User Content and Conduct

Content Ownership

  • You retain all rights to photos and videos you upload
  • You grant us a license to store, display, and transmit your content for Service operation
  • This license terminates when you delete content or your room expires

Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that:

  • Violates laws or regulations
  • Infringes intellectual property rights
  • Contains malware or harmful code
  • Is pornographic, violent, or hateful
  • Harasses or threatens others
  • Violates others' privacy

Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
  • Interfere with Service operation
  • Scrape or automatically collect data
  • Impersonate others
  • Share room codes publicly on social media or websites

5. Room Management

Room Creation

  • Each room has a unique 6-character code
  • You are responsible for who you share the code with
  • Codes cannot be changed after creation
  • Room owners can delete rooms at any time

Content Access

  • Anyone with a room code can view and download content
  • Keep your room code private
  • We cannot control who accesses content once code is shared

Room Expiration

  • Free rooms expire after 24 hours
  • Plus rooms expire after 7 days
  • Content remains accessible for 24 hours after expiration
  • All content is permanently deleted 24 hours post-expiration

6. Payment and Billing

Plus Plan Payment

  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe
  • Prices are shown in Japanese Yen (JPY)
  • Payment is one-time per room
  • All sales are final

Refund Policy

  • Generally, no refunds after room creation
  • Refunds may be granted for technical issues preventing Service use
  • Contact hello@manyphoto.com for refund requests

Price Changes

  • We reserve the right to change prices
  • Price changes apply to future purchases only
  • Current rooms are not affected by price changes

7. Data and Privacy

Data Protection

  • We process your data according to our Privacy Policy
  • We implement security measures to protect your data
  • We automatically delete content after room expiration

Data Deletion

  • Content is permanently deleted after room expiration
  • Deleted content cannot be recovered
  • Download important content before expiration

8. Intellectual Property

Our IP Rights

  • The Service, including design, code, and branding, is owned by PixelX Inc.
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property
  • ManyPhoto name and logo are trademarks of PixelX Inc.

DMCA Compliance

If you believe content infringes your copyright:

  • Email hello@manyphoto.com with:
    • Your contact information
    • Description of copyrighted work
    • Location of infringing content (room code and file)
    • Statement of good faith belief
    • Statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury

9. Service Availability

No Warranty

  • Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Service
  • We may modify or discontinue features without notice

Maintenance

  • We may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts Service
  • We will attempt to notify users of scheduled maintenance

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to amounts you paid in the past 12 months
  • We are not responsible for lost data or content
  • We are not liable for third-party actions

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PixelX Inc., its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of others
  • Content you upload

12. Termination

By You

  • You may delete your account at any time
  • Contact hello@manyphoto.com for account deletion

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You engage in fraudulent activity
  • Required by law
  • Service is discontinued

Effects of Termination

  • Your access to the Service ends immediately
  • Active rooms will be deactivated
  • Content will be deleted according to our retention policy

13. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tokyo, Japan.

Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, contact us at hello@manyphoto.com to resolve the issue informally.

14. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms periodically
  • We will notify users of material changes
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
  • If you disagree with changes, stop using the Service

15. General Provisions

Severability

If any provision is found invalid, other provisions remain in effect.

Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

Assignment

You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them without notice.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement.
